We are careful about how we use your information. We use your information to better understand you and your needs.
Who do we share your information with?
Not many peopleā¦our staff and advisers have access. They are careful not to release any information unless it is necessary or you approve. We may need to share personal information with your accountant or solicitor.
Keeping your information safe.
We only retain your personal information for as long as we need it.
Accessing, updating and correcting your information.
You may ascertain what personal information we hold and update or correct. Please phone your adviser to get this process started.
Making a privacy complaint
If you have a concern about your privacy, or violation of your privacy, please let your adviser know first. If this does not resolve the issue, contact Deborah Lin, the Responsible Manager of Liquidity Independent Advisers on 02 9580 0933. If she cannot resolve to your satisfaction within 21 days, you may take the matter further at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) on 1800 931 678.
